Century Software’s maintenance plan agreement allows technical support, access to upgrades, new
version releases, prioritized bug fixes, and requested feature enhancements free of charge during the
plan term.
To protect an organization from the future higher costs of upgrading, maintenance coverage is at
a significantly lower price than upgrading. Century’s maintenance program offers any and all
releases, updates, patches and fixes that are released within the period of maintenance coverage free
of charge, providing a significant savings compared to upgrade costs when Windows OS or security
requirements change.
Product maintenance subscribers can access upgrades and other maintenance features
through the Customer Portal. The
maintenance agreement is also
available online.

the latest releases, updates and patches. Lock in your low-cost renewal
rate and start saving today. Under our 12-month maintenance program you
receive:
- Any and all releases that occur during your maintenance coverage period
- All updates, patches and enhancements
- Price locked in at maintenance renewal
A maintenance contract locks in your price per seat at 15% of original price for
as long as you renew the
agreement before expiration. This is a significant cost savings over
purchasing upgrades at 60% of original price, and keeps you on the most
current versions or updates possible.
Maintenance may be purchased at the same time as new or upgraded product, or
within 30 days of purchase. Also, new product registered
within 30 days of purchase receives free maintenance for 60 days.
